Elite Driving School’s History.
Elite Driving School is a Tasmanian owned and family
run business. Elite Driving School was established in 1954.
Proprietor and owner Mr. Barry Hooper ran the
statewide service for all Tasmanians. In 1967 his daughter, Christine Boyd,
entered the family business and has since taken on the role of running the
school.
Christine's son, Shannon Boyd, entered the Industry as
Tasmania's youngest driving instructor, in 2005.
Elite Driving School has helped over
50,000 Tasmanians get their licences over the past 53 years and has over 110
years of combined teaching experience behind its team.
